We created our business to offer a complete service to property-owners in Bulgaria.
While there is no shortage of Estate Agents offering property for sale, most of these do not offer the complete range of services that are necessary to complete the needs of their clients in the future. Most businesses offering property are Bulgarian-based, with a few having commission-agreements with agents in the UK.
Bulgaria365 is a BG/UK Joint-Venture with offices, and native staff, in both countries. This structure allows us to accept complete responsibility for all stages of a transaction as our clients are dealing with a single company rather than a number of independent sub-contractors and agents working together.
This gives us the advantage of being able to deal with buyers & sellers in their own language and environment, avoiding mis-understandings due to differing custom & practice between the two countries - a small point, maybe; but an important one. One other advantage of us having offices in both counties is that it avoids the need for clients to transport large amounts of cash to Bulgaria to commence a property-transaction - something that other agents will demand from their customers: this removes a great deal of risk from the buying-process.
Bulgaria may be an emerging economy, but it has structures and legal-frameworks in place that are as stable and enforceable as any found in The West, and it is easy for the unwary to be caught-out, by ignorance of these. We retain a legal team to handle the procedures associated with our business, and can offer the complete range of legal and accounting services that are necessary to form and maintain your Bulgarian Company. Since your company owns your property, it is vital that you maintain it in a proper and legal fashion to avoid penalties for non-complience with Bulgarian Law.
